Common aches and pains go away in time; but those that don’t are not always easy to communicate.
The author has seen fit to examine this dilemma and has come up with marvelous solutions to diverse ages and groups.
As a senior with several issues needing pain management, her work helped in communicating my specific needs to my healthcare provider saving us all time, frustration and money. The flash card alone is genius in its simplification. The book, obviously more detailed, still is a knowledgeable, easy read. A great gift to a person or a medical practice! Highly recommended wisdom to incorporate in our daily life. Well done. Ed Stull. 12/8/24. Kindle format
